Vitellius, 69. Denarius (Silver, 18 mm, 3.42 g, 6 h), uncertain western mint (Tarraco?). A VITELLIVS IMP GERMAN Laureate head of Vitellius to left, globe at point of bust. Rev. CLEMENTIA IMP GERMAN Clementia seated to left, holding branch in her right hand and long scepter with her left. BMC 80. Cohen 10. RIC 18. An attractive piece with an interesting portrait. Slightly rough and with very light marks, otherwise, very fine.
